I need your HELP!
I've seen all the posts on using Crystal Reports within vs.net (vb.net)
and changing a SQL query at runtime. When I tried to pass in a dataset
into the crystal report at runtime, the report still showed the results
from the default query (from within the Crystal Report).
Then I tried the XSD solution where you define a dataset (that mataches
the database and the Crystal Report) and have the Crystal Report use
this....

Hi,
I am trying to use Crystal Reports with ASP.NET. I created a dataset
and tried to display it in the report but nothing came up. I did not
get an exception either. I know that the dataset is populated so it
has to be a very basic binding issue.
To bind the report object to dataset I called the SetDataSource method
of Report object with dataset as the parameter.

I am writing a Windows forms VB.Net/MS SQL application via VS 2003 that
utilizes Crystal Reports. I want to be able to dynamically set the
report data source at run time.
I'm trying to change the the reports "integrated security" from TRUE to
FALSE via the "Set Location" dialog in the report designer with no
success. It is not intuitive (at least not to me.)

How do you provide a consistent gradient fill as a background in a
liquid layout?
If I make a gradient fill image say 1000 pixels wide (and repeat it down
the page) to suit a typical computer display, then only a small portion
of the gradient will show if the viewpoint is a smaller PDA or phone
display.
On the other hand, if viewed full screen on a 1920 pixel wide display, I
would run out of gradient on one or both sides of the page....
