Here's the scene:
1) XP Pro, with IIS installed and running, as well as complete .NET
Architect Enterprise development environment
2) Tomcat server 4.1.27 in the default directory jakarta-tomcat-4.1.27
3) Java NetBeans "cobundle" installed in the default directory

I'm having problems with EnterpriseServices transactions running
against Oracle 9iR2.
I am inconsistently getting Oracle ORA-24761: Transaction Rolled Back
results mid-transaction. If I start the transaction and run it against
an object it might fail. If I rerun the same transaction again it
might work. But on trying again it might fail.
If I disable transactions <Transaction(TransactionOption.Disabled)>

I am having a lot of problems with DB2 8.3.1 on RH Linux AS2.1.
Installing and running stored procedures is problematic. Stored
procedures I have used for years on V7 on WinNT are now failing
multiple times/day.
Data that exists in the db is not returned with a select *, but is
returned when a where clause with a primary key value is specified.
There are other problems, including the db crashing in the middle of a
simple query.
