I would like to display a ToolTip (WinForms) when the Control associated recieves focus (when the control.enter event is triggered) as oppose to having the ToolTip displayed when the mouse hovers over the control,How can this be accomplished(Im developing in C#)?

I have a form with a bunch of image buttons. When the user moves the mouse
over a button, I want to do two things: 1. change the Imagebutton's picture,
and 2. make another control visible.
I'm using the Imagebutton.Attributes.Add("onMouseOver","this.src =
'somepicture.jpg')
and that works fine.
I've tried some java script to change the other control's visible property
by changing is className, but that doesn't seem to work

How can I determine the control under the mouse cursor when a user
muves the mouse?? For example if the user moves the cursor over a
textbox i would receive the name of that textbox without using the
"MouseMove" event for that textbox.

The problem:
I want to know, definitively when a slider loses focus after a user has
started sliding and hasn't released the mouse yet. It appears that
this is captured with the WM_ACTIVATEAPP message but this only goes to
the form and I want it in the user control that maybe very much removed
from the form's knowledge; i.e. the form may launch a 3rd party form
that, upon a call back, decides to launch other form that has my user

Hello Group
In the old days i'ev created a VB6 appl. that was able to obtain the
underlaying control under the mouse pointer. I would very much like to do
that in a C# application. I'll use VS2005 and .Net 2.0
I'll know of the solution to code each control for the mouse over event, but
I cant use that i this case.
Any one outthere with som examples?

BACKGROUND:
I have some PPT slides that have been converted to HTM (ensuring that
the show slide animations while browsing checkbox is checked). The
original HTM slides have custom animations to allow movie (wmv)
playback on mouse click. (All animations have been verified to work

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
