Hi,
I have a program that runs on multiple client pc's. Occasionally one or more
of those pc's use VPN to connect to another corporate network. When using
VPN they need to set proxy server in Internet Explorer connection settings
(proxy:8080). However, as soon as this setting is enabled, the remoting
program running on their pc stops communicating with the server it sends
data to. I've disabled proxy setting on the affected pc, rebooted...

I, too, am getting nasty FileNotFound exceptions. I've read, and

Hello,
I have a problem consuming a WebService which appears to be dependent of the
type of network I am on:
The following SOAP response is not processed when I am connected over the
internet with the WebService but it is processed correctly when I am on the
local LAN:
Can it have something todo with the maximum response size and WebServices

Hi all,
when I do >>>sys.path in IDLE (winXP), i get a horrendously long list of
paths, paths I may have used during a lot of trials and errors. How can I
clean up sys.path? I mean, trim it of unnecessary paths?
So far, I know only the command >>>sys.path.append(r'c:....etc...'), but how
to delete or insert at the beginning of the list, I know not.

ASP.NET 2.0
These settings below (see PROBLEM SETTINGS) are causing my webproject to NOT
connect with ASPNETDB.MDF. In this webproject have I created 3 users. I can
see 3 users in the "ASP.NET Configuration window". But after I have added
the settings (see PROBLEM SETTINGS) below to my web.config the "ASP.NET
Configuration window" says the webproject has 0 users...
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here?

Hi I am a newbie using nAnt for .net 2.0. As such I have not come
across this bug before, and I would be happy of any help that you may
be able to provide.
In order to help I have included the nant file which is causing the
problem, the object code that is not being built and the error message
which is being produced.
The weird thing is that VS.net builds without a problem. And the
