bit per pixel, no header) in a c++ program

Hello All:
I have a field in the database that is an Image. I have no idea how the
data is stored in here (Image, compressed, encrypted, plain text, etc). I am
trying to write the contents to a text file, image file, etc so I can see if
the data is stored in a way we can understand (we have been tasked to write
an app and the app needs to read this field, but we don't know what it really
contains).
How would I go about reading the...

Hello,
First let me tell you that I'm very new to C# and learning as I go. I'm
trying to write a client application to communicate with a server (that I
didn't write). Each message from the server is on one line (\r\n at end) and
is formed as - each of
which is seperated by a space. Arguments with spaces in them are enclosed in
quotations.
So, I'm able to open a connection to the server. When I send a message to

Hi,
I am trying to read an image from MS Access DB based on the following article:
http://www.vbdotnetheaven.com/Code/Sept2003/2175.asp
The article author is using PictureBox for windows application, while I am
doing for web. I can only find Image from web forms control and HTML control.
This may be the root cause of my problem. For read button, I converted his VB
to the C#. But the compiler complains:

i'm trying to read a file byte by byte (and later alter the data and
write it to a 2nd file byte by byte) and running into a problem where
it seems to keep reading the same byte over and over again (an endless
loop). i thought that BinaryReader.ReadByte advanced to the next byte?
i had it time out after 1000 iterations, and keeps outputting the same
byte. any help appreciated, my code is below:

OK I've been staring at this code all day and still with everything I
have tried I cannot figure out two problems I am having. Once is why
the space limit for the directory I create in the code fails. Second,
why the data reader is reading every other record. Here is all of the
source code for my little application followed by the contents of the
log file that it dumps out:...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
