Need some help bad here. Am using VB.Net Standard 2003 supplied for
a class and I need to install Msde and the sample databases to work on
homework. Following the documentation I can download sql2kdesksp3.exe

When adding a new control to the IBuySpy portal, assuming that the control
is written using the Codebehind model, Would you need to compile their
codebehind file into your Portal.dll file? From what I've seen, all you
need to do is add a Module definition, but when I see codebehind files,
something tells me that I need to recompile the portal to have the new
classes from the new component in it.
Am I right? Or am I missing something?

What makes something an IBuySpyControl Portal Module as opposed to just an
ASP.NET control? I'm guessing it's using the methodologies of the IBuySpy
portal (SQL Server repository)?

HTML and change the stylesheet. We see this as very attractive since
frequently changed pages can be done in MS word and converted to HTML

I am using the C# version of ASP.Net Portal Starter Kit (formally called
IBuySpy) and trying to test it with the PocketPC emulator that comes with
Visual Studio.
However, along with numerous runtime errors, it appears that there is not
even code to support the user logging-in from a mobile device.
Does the feature really work?

I would like to be able to load a Control (ASCX) that is placed in a folder
outside webscope - but with read/write ability for IUSR/ASPNET-process. I
usually use Page.LoadControl() to load my controls , but this method
requires a _virtual_ path - and it does not permit paths that go "above"
the root folder of the virtual directory/website.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
