I see rotor was removed for 2.4 and the docs say use an AES module

We are wanting to use ibuyspy portal as our website. Load content into
HTML and change the stylesheet. We see this as very attractive since
frequently changed pages can be done in MS word and converted to HTML
and then their source put into the portal modules.

I am using the C# version of ASP.Net Portal Starter Kit (formally called
IBuySpy) and trying to test it with the PocketPC emulator that comes with
Visual Studio.
However, along with numerous runtime errors, it appears that there is not
even code to support the user logging-in from a mobile device.
Does the feature really work?

From my brief experience with C#, I learned that it was pretty standard
practice to put each class in a separate file. I assume this is a
benefit of a compiled language that the files can then be grouped together.
What I'm wondering is how is this normally handled in Python? Is it
normal for classes to be put in separate modules? It seems like this can
get out of hand, since modules are separate from one another and not
compiled...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
