Hello,
I wrote a COM component with Matlab and a dll has been created.
It produces a class MWStruct (in Matlab)
In my case, this class is a vector named Cont (of size n) which has 2
fields x and y. Eachfield is a vector of variable size p_i.
I want to use this class in ASP and I create an object as usual
(server.createobject(...))
The object is created but I can not access to the fields of this object

hallo!
i wanne use gsl under windows (visual c++, mex (matlab)). when i try to
compile my little exeample (from gsl web-site) i will get a linker-error:
undefined reference.
so, is there anynody with experience using gsl under windows (perhaps matlab
and mex / or visual c++) and can tell me how to use compiler-commands? (i
think that's my problem or perhaps path-declaration.?) did you have another
simple example for me?

I am desperately looking for a way to call Python from Matlab. I have become
used to Python's rich syntax and large number of libraries, and feel
ridiculously clumsy being stuck with Matlab's rather restricted facilities
for doing other things than standard mathematical work.
Does anyone know of good techniques (or readily available software) for
achieving a cross-language support between Python and Matlab?

Hi,
I have compiled my cpp code in my matlab sucessfully using "mex" command. The compiler I used in "mex" is Visual C++ 8.0 compiler.
However, when I try to use gcc compiler instead for compile this file for matlab use in Linux environment, the compilation is not successful.
The error message I got is the following. Any hints or explanation would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
