Change Folder of Application Blocks

Using VS 2003...

We user MS application blocks are part of our VB.net solution.

Under solution explorer, there properties page, general, shows them located:
C:\CS\Applicati on Blocks\Exceptio n
Management\Micr osoft.Applicati onBlocks.Except ionManagement\

We want to change the C:\CS\ folder they are in, but cannot figure out how
to move them.

You cannot just drag and drop like other items in the solution explorer

Thanks for your help!
