Windows Forms Control In aspx & Params

Hi all

I have an VB.NET object registered in a Web Page

with the <object classid="http:M y.dll#Name />

Now. The Question is that a want to have many params inside the object tag
that are not pre-difined.

For example i want to have somethink like this
<object ...>
<param name="Col1" value="Column No1">
<param name="Col2" value="Column No2">
<param name="Col3" value="Column No3">
......
<param name="Col(n)" value="Column No(n)">
</object>

So as you can understand i may have manu params
For the colums of the control , for the format etc
and all depends on how many cols i have in my control.

Is there any way i can from inside my user control
to get all the params that i have passed??

Thank's in advance
Dimitris

Hi all, I'm trying to add querystring parameters onto an ASP image control ImageUrl property. Basically, the aspx page defines the base URL (such as ImageUrl = http://localhost) and the class is adding on paramters. But when I do this, the parameters are getting HTML encoded... so for example, _myimage.ImageUrl += "?test=one&test=two";

Hello. I am trying to upload a file and save it in a Sql Server 2000 database. This seems to be working fine. However, when I download the file from SQL Server, it appears that the page that is downloading this file is being appended to the end of the file. So I am accidently modifiying every file that is placed in the database. What follows is my code for uploading and downloading a file, minus the sql code to insert/retrieve the data...

Hello, in the following code I have a pointer (to function), say p, of type double (*)(double, double, void*) and I try to fix the second argument of the function *p to a given value (using boost::bind), but the compiler complains, because of a type mismatch in an assignment which I think should be legal:

I never had this kind of issue before and it is completely surprising. I have a usercontrol where I need 2 forms to make 1 form. When I have only 1 form it submits the page to itself. I have spent hours on this and couldn't find the solutions, thats why I have to come with a hack. I have two forms, I made the first form invisible and let the second form visible.This form is for google custom search engine. I also tried with other test forms, but...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
