Hi
We are having issues with our application, certain portions of it stop
responding while the rest of the application is fine. I am attaching

I'm having some trouble with understanding python's importing behaviour
in my application. I'm using psyco to optimise part of my code, but I'm
not sure whether it inherits throughout the rest of my application (read

I am very new to Python, but have done plenty of development in C++ and

One thing I find weird about python is the idea of a module. Why is this
needed when there are already the ideas of class, file, and package?
To my mind, although one CAN put many classes in a file, it is better to
put one class per file, for readability and maintainability.
One can then create packages and libraries, using groups of files, one

I am trying to use a type 2 driver to connect to DB2 0n AIX 5
I have a small java test to class to establish a conneciton with the db
.. I am NOT using WAS or any appserver
When I try to connect to the DB I get the following exception

Hello all,
I have a Java problem that I hope can be answered here. Very new to DB2 UDB and UDF (we are on DB2v9.5, Linux and Windows), I have managed to get the UDF registered but having problem getting the Java code to work. I need assistance to get this Double Metaphone Java UDF to work pretty quickly.
