I am looking for documentation and sample code to create an outlook like
calendar.
I need to display 3 views(daily, weakly and monthly).
Also msdn told me if I display certain information they guarantee a response
with in 24 hours anyone remember what information that is?

Janus Systems offers a series of controls that have the same look & feel as
Outlook. http://www.janusys.com/controls/
Their Janus Schedule Control for .NET includes Days, WorkWeeks, Weeks &
Months.

They are very nice controls and I wish I could get them; however, my budget
will not allow me to purchase controls so I am forced to write my own or find
another solution to my resource scheduling needs.

For each day of the month (users should be able to browse the months)
the date is a different color if:
1) The daily routine ran
2) If the daily routine didnt run.
The idea is that a daily routine needs to happen everyday
