Access Release Date Variable

Is there an automatic way to access the "Release Date" of my software in my
code? As in, the date the program was compiled.

Or, do I need to hard code the date in for each release?

I previously posted this question under Visual Basic newsgroup, but was advised to re-post here. I'm hoping someone can help me solve an issue I'm having with VB.Net and Access 2000. Here's the issue. I hope I've included all relevant information. On a form, I have a DateTimePicker with the following

I don't know if this has anything to do with AccessXP running on Terminal Services with Access97/2000 also installed, but here is one example of a query that does not work any longer: SELECT DLookUp("MajorCategory","AutoTypes","='1'") AS MajorCategory, PreOwned.PaintColor FROM PreOwned; When I try to run the above query I get the following error:

Hello all, I saw a post on another newsgroup about Access 2000 Developers edition. They said that it'll allow you to create stand alone apps without another version of access running on the machine. Does this thing exist. I can't find it anywhere on the web. If it does is there a newer version? (2002, 2003?) I couldn't find any reference to it on microsoft.com.

I've built a shared database that sits on shared network drive using Access 2003 (Access 2000 file format). I've also built a simple query form that uses unbound textbox controls to build the query dynamically. The results of the query are placed into a subform in datasheet view on the same query form. This query works just like it's supposed to on my machine (I'm using Access 2003), but when another user tries to run the exact same...

http://msaccessadvisor.com/doc/16480 Selected quote: With that climate and emphasis on integration in mind, can you give us any ideas of what we might be able to expect in version 12? RUCKER: We can talk about the next version of Access only to the extent of what Richard McAniff said at the Office Developer's Conference back in February, which is to say there is one. There's a large team working on it, much larger than there has

We have a simple site. It's a frameset with two frames a left and a right. The left frame is essentially a list of records from a database (using a server-side repeater control). When you click on one of the items in the left frame, it targets the right frame and displays a form prefilled with information for the item you clicked. The problem is the left frame's list just shows the names of the items, and the name of the item is...

I have been given a database to look a and I am loosing tremendious amounts of time trying to organize it so that I could view it. Regards, Alexandre Brisebois

I want to extract some information in a text file that is not tab, comma and space separated. The format of the text file is actually unknown. The problem now is, i want to extract like three lines from each section of the text file content, break the lines into different part and use the broken info to populate an already created table in ms access ( all these should be carried out at a press of a cmd button using VBA code in access or VB...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
