How do i get chinese characters on a winform label?

just enter the Chinese characters onto the label ... ensure you have the
East Asia Langauge installed from control panel or 3party option .. if you
however need multi-language support in winform ... then at form level
property, set the localizable property to true ... design your form in your
default language ... then set the form language to Chinese (few options
available like simplifed, complex, etc.) .. go to the labels and input the
Chinese text into it ... at running, dotnet will pickup the user computer
regional setting and display the correct language accordingly.

I think we also need to set charset property correctly for control
