What I am trying to do is when someone clicks on the YES radio button I
want the text field called MYTEXT to equal the text field named DATE.
The below code works as long as I do NOT UN-COMMENT the NO radio
button, once I do that it will not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Can someone point me to some example code that shows how
to paint the text in a button control. I basically want to
reposition the text so it does not wrap.

It's a pain to create each button with 2 images: button_on.gif button_off.gif
I am looking for a control that have on/off two states, preferred as BACKGROUND images and with button text on it.
Any hint?

In our application, I would like to send out HTML mail. TO do so, I must do something like this:
Mail.Body = <raw HTMLTEXT String>
Hence, I would like to know how to get the HTML text for Web Controls.
You'll notice below in lines 33-37 that that code does correctlt return the HTML for a textbox. How do I make it generic so it returns the HTML for any control. Hopefully, if the control is a container control, it will return the HTML for...

I am rotating some text is some label controls. In the one place I use it it
works fine. In the other place I use it I can't figure out the syntax. I
don't really understand the event. Where it works fine, it seems to fire
when the form changes visibility. Here is the code.
Private Sub lblP1JoyUp_Paint(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As
System.Windows.Forms.PaintEventArgs) Handles lblP1JoyUp.Paint
If lblP1JoyUp.Visible = True Then

Could anyone please explain the bizarre and utterly infuriating effect
I am observing while adding controls programmatically? I've reduced the
problem to the following code:

<asp:Label id=Label2 runat="server"/><BR>
<asp:Button id=Button1 runat="server" Text="Button"/><BR>

Hello all. I am trying to implement my first server control and have
run into two problems that I cannot solve. I need the assistance of
someone with more experience.
My goal was to create an input button that would allow for both text
and an image on it. I am attempting to accomplish this by basing off
of the asp:button control. I added a property for the image url and
one to determine if the image is displayed on the left or right...

Hi
I have tried to implement drag and drop by using the following code
but I have several problems.
1. When you put your mouse over selected text the cursor is still the
i-beam and therefore does not show that the text can be dragged
2. When pressing the mouse button to start a drag the selected text
changes - I know this is cause the code does not initiate the
dodragdrop until the mouse leaves the control but if I change this
then you...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...
