Hi all, I am new to python and trying to write a simple GUI that would
call 2 growisofs processes (dvd burning) at the same time, and retrive
the exit code to be printed on a text box (couldn't find any program
that could use multiple dvd burners, not even k3b). Excuse me if this is
really a simple problem, but two days of googling didn't help.
The program is really simple, I developed the GUI using glade and it
works.

Hello everyone,
Being complete newbie in asp.net I am trying to make an example which works
with a very simple database.
First I made my project in VS- vb.net, draging an oledbconnection and an
oledbdataadapter from the toolbox into my form.
Everything worked fine on my local computer. I was able to search, update,
delete and insert into my klanten.mdb database.

I would like suggestions or code examples on how to collect a variable

I thought that I could accomplish this using a GridView that has ViewState
enabled, an ObjectDataSource to process the submitted list, textboxes for

Hi,
I have a web site that sends emails to some 17000 newsletter
subscribers, the script takes about 5 minutes to complete the task,
depending of the size of the attachment.
The problem is that sometime it takes so much time that is difficult
to know if something is going wrong, and sometimes the script
terminates with timeout.
I thought to solve the timeout question with a set_limit_time() but i

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
