till date, theres no any special graphics programming web site on VB.NET,
but you will be able to find some samples for VB.NET on several web sites,
for graphics in .NET GDI+ is used, you can get some samples of GDI+ at the
following sites:

http://www.visual-basic-data-mining....spx?PostID=963
http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=gdi...t&cop=mss&tab=

search at Yahoo!, Google or MSN for GDI+ VB.NET, or GDI+ .NET and you will
get many web sites.

and also you can check some GDI+ in ASP.NET it will give you some fair idea
also, as there are lots of samples available for ASP.NET
