Hi - another scrollbar question.
If I have a control on a form, and that control has scrollbars
showing, and the scrollbars were put there by the control and not by
me, how do I get the important values associated with the scrollbar
(the properties .Minimimum, .Maximum, .Value, .SmallChange) etc.
For example, a multiline textbox - I want to know the current
scrollbar position so I can calculate and print a rough position (a
percentage) of lines in a large the document seen.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
