Remove horizontal scroll bar in Treeview control?

Is there a way to remove the horizontal scroll bar on a TreeView
control? I want to keep the vertical one.

Try loading the control using code from Form_Load instead of using the
property grid.
That should prevent the horizontal scrollbar from showing (unless you
really need it).

Ok. What property to I set on the Load event that will prevent the
horizontal scrollbar from showing? I see "Scrollable " but this seems to
cover BOTH scrollbars.

Hello, I am trying to remove the scrollbars from any page I load up into the browser control on a window form. I first tried the following: browserDoc = (mshtml.HTMLDocument)browser.Document; browserBody = (mshtml.HTMLBody)browserDoc.body; browserBody.scroll = "no"; This worked for most pages but not all. I've got a grid inside a div so that it's got scroll bars around it. What I want to do is have the header row fixed at the top, so that the vertical scroll bars scroll just the data rows of the grid while the horizontal scroll bar scrolls both the data and the header row. The only way I can think of doing it is putting the data portion as a seperate grid in a div and the header in a seperate div. I would force the header div not to have...

I'm using a horizontal scroll bar control to represent teh default values of MIn 0 to Max 100. I assign the current value of the horizontal control to a label control.Text string but when the horizontal scroll bar reaches the max limit the value indicated is only 91? Changing the big step value to 1 solves the issue but I want to be able to take big steps without writing side effect code to do so. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know what causes a treeview to sometimes start with a horizontal scrollbar that has no reason to be there, and will not go away until you size into the nodes and then back out? Anyone know how to correct this bug? My treeview was working fine until I added it to a tab page :( Thanks, Benny

Hi! Thanks for your ideas for the following problem: The text field has only a vertical scroll bar, but no horizontal one. When typing across the right boundary of the field the text is continued in the next line. I'd like a horizontal scrollbar to appear instead. Is there any other control doing this?

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
