Hi folks, I have a very simple requirement - I want to have a row of
divs of fixed size (but unknown number of them)
This will be in a container div and scrolled by other means
Is there any way of doing this so that the row is maintained and does
not break at the browser width? Typically IE does what I want....
although I gather its "wrong" on the specs.
I can see myself ending up using a table, which spoils some other plans

Hi all
Is there a way to simulate a click on a scrollbar (horizontal) of a FataGrid
?
I need to programmatically scroll the grid to the right/left upon some
condition, when the total width of the grid columns is greater then the
grid`s rectangle.
TIA

Hi all you Experts,
I need to scroll a listbox horizontally.
For the life of me I cannot get it to move. I can successfully scroll
it vertically.
I have the handle for the listbox and the scroll bar.
I have even tried sending it vbKeyRight to no avail, but it doesn't
register the key strokes.
I am using
lDirection = WM_HSCROLL

Happy new year to you all,
I have a problem with the css settings for the horizontal scrollbar of
a textarea.
When I look at my textarea's in Internet Explorer (I use 5.5) I see
only a vertical scrollbar when the area contains a too long text. IE
wil just break off the text at the limit if a single word is too long
and put the next character on the next line. For me this is the desired
bahaviour (those horizontal scrollbars take too...

Hi!
Thanks for your ideas for the following problem:
The text field has only a vertical scroll bar, but no horizontal one.
When typing across the right boundary of the field the text is continued
in the next line. I'd like a horizontal scrollbar to appear instead.
Is there any other control doing this?

Hi,
I am having a ListView component in my WinForm, when i add some images
into it, it gives me a vertical scroll bar.
What i want is, the horizontal scrollbar instead of vertical.
Is there any way to hide the vertical scrollbars and display horizontal
scrollbars?

Now, I have treeview with Scrollbar properties is true, it mean that I
will have two scroll (vertical scrollbar and horizontal scrollbar) .
So, I don't want to use horizontal scrollbar, I want to kill this
scroll.
Please give some idea or solution for this problem.
Many thank,

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
