Using BULK upload, how to remove Space present in file

Using Bulk Upload ,we are uploading Data which present in files .but in Data file for some fields has extra space ,But Field length Eg: Char(1) ,Because Space Char(2).
How to resolve this issue.

Use a Format File to upload your data and use the VARCHAR data type instead.
