How to restore backup from diff server to new server

Pls see the above error
I am trying to restore backup taken on my clients server on my development server.
It gives me access denied error.
sa user is configured for mixed mode authentication.
pls see the attcment for error mesage.

How are you restoring the backup? I'm not sure if you can restore an enterprise backed up database to a sql express.
