Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft SQL Server

I'm not asking a lot. I just want to know if I can connect from an
Exchange server to a SQl server without having to use Access linked
tables. Surely MS must have had a look at this but I can't find
anything out there.

Help appreciated.

You might get a better answer in an Exchange group - I have no idea how to
link Exchange to an external data source. From an MSSQL perspective, you
could create a linked server to Exchange, or use flat files to exchange
data.
