Hi,
If anyone could help me with this, I greatly appreciate it.
I would like to know how I can display data from a db in multiple
columns rather than have it displayed in 1 column per recordset. Here
is a twist...besides doing this, I would also like to have it paginate
and be able to control how many records gets displayed per page in
multiple columns.

I'm using ASP, VBScript and SQL Server.
I'm also using UTF-8 character set and so my codepage is 65001 and SQL
Server datatype nvarchar.
I can insert unicode characters correctly into the database table using
INSERT.... (field1) ...VALUES ......... (N'Characters').
How do I do this using Rs.Update viz-a-viz:

I'm converting VB6 using True DBGrid Pro 8.0 to VB2005 using DataGridView.
True DBGrid has a MultipleLines property that controls whether individual
records span multiple lines. Is there an equivalent property for the
DataGridView? I have searched, but have not found one.
I would like the user to be able to see all the columns of the table on one
screen - thus eliminating the need to use the horizontal scroll bar to view...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
