Converting Integers to DateTime

1 New Member
Hello,

Is there a better way to convert separate integer values, representing Day, Month, Year, Hour, Minute and Second to DateTime?

I work in the Automation Industry and PLC (Programmable Logic Circuits) programs often store Date/Time in this format.

The best I can work out is like this...

Declare @Day Int
Declare @Month Int
Declare @Year Int

Set @Day = 1
Set @Month = 2
Set @Year = 2007

Select DateAdd(dd, @Day-1, DateAdd(mm, @Month-1, DateAdd(yy, @Year-1900, '1900-01-01')))

Hi, I am trying to convert from Julian to Gregorian data in C#. I was exploring teh JulianCalendar and Gregorian calendar classes but still not sure how I can do it. For example, the Julian date is 100033 and I know that it is 2/2/2000 in Gregorian. I would appreciate if anyone can help point me out.

when POSTing a date from an mod_python psp page to another the date is sent as a string. I'm using form.has_key to pull the POST. I can cut the string up,turn the strings into integers and then use datetime.datetime(y,m,d,hr,mn,se) to create a proper datetime. Is there a simpler way of doing this. I ask as I'm working with SQL and want to keep as much possible in datetime format to avoid confusion/ errors. snippet

Hello everyone, I am working on a project when I have to convert a C# program into Native C for speed purposes. I am using a .dll that creates a DateTime object. Obviously, there is not DateTime object in Native C, but I would like to know if there is a work-around to parse out the day/month/year from this DateTime object. Any ideas?

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
