How to Load SpreadSheet in AxSpreadSheet object in VB.NET or C#.NET

hi guys,
i've just started woth Excel component in .NET. i manged to import
the Excel Component on windows Forms but i'm not able to load Excel
file in that. if anyone has any idea how can this be done please do let
me know. i'm in great need.

Pocket Excel has no automation model or API interface.

In the future, try to crosspost only to relevent groups - if you're posting
to more than 3 groups, you've likely got too many. And I can't see how
sqlserver has anything to do with Excel, nor do I see how a visual C group
would be relevent for C# or VB.
