Hi,
We are facing some issues in COM+ deployment. We get system error
"Unable to enlist in a distributed transaction" . It has a very
inconsistant behaviour. On refreshing the screens couple of times, the
error disappears.Also it reappears abruptly giving an impression that
the transaction failed although the changes are commited to the
database.Please let me know if any of you have faced it before.

transactions. My .Net application is running on windows 2003 server.
database is SQLServer. The application works fine if the SQLServer is
running on the same server where my application is running. If I try to
access a SQLServer which is running on a remote server, I get the
folowing error.

I am having a hard time creating a Trigger to update an Oracle
database. I am using a SQL Server 2005 Express database on a Win XP Pro
SP2 desktop, linked to an Oracle 10g database on a remote Windows 2003
server. Both machines are on the same domain and very close physically

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
