Hi Guys
I fairly new to this - I used to do development myself and managed 1-2 people, however now I'm in situation when need completely re-engineer development process at the company (~10 developers). Currently there is no code repositories, no standards, no unit testing and no staging servers - all done on local machines, then pushed to production. Fixes are mostly hard code, no documentation as well.
So could someone point me to a good read on how to organize development process in general. I mean something like this:
1) setup code repository. Ue SVN, CVS or ...
2) setup development env., use this and that
3) before coding create class diagramm,...
stuff like that
Any help will be much appreciated

You badly need to go through some manual of S/D . Can easily find a lot by investing some time in web searching.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
