Learning to program computer games (for free)

I didnt know where to post this so im posting it here i want to learn how to make a video game without spending a dime. i want to know the best free compiler, debuggers. etc and i also need to learn how to make video games in what eversoftare i use i have no programing exerience what so ever but i am willing to learn as long as the outcome is worth it if anybody would like to tell me if they know andy good software and if u know good turorials,free ebooks, someone who would tutor me like through mail or a website,etc. for free please respond with answers.
