Hi. The thing is: some time ago, when I started learning how to program, I took python as my first language and intended to continue to C/C++ after learning python.
Now that I've completely learned the basics of it, I'm starting to think that getting myself into web application would be a better choice.
Anyway, I'd still like to learn C.
What do you say?

It's an object-oriented scripting language, supported on many platforms.
Now here are my questions:
It is easy to learn?
Does it support GUI programming?
Does it support server-side programming, say for web apps?
Does it have extensions and libraries, say for DB connectivity, serial com

Can it be used for administrative tasks, say as perl...?

from these C prgms may be, by some compiler directives to tell, that

can anybody explain me how to port FILE structure into other languages.
I have an DLL library and functions in this library take FILE* as a
parameter. I want to make an interface into Delphi, thus I must

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
