Howdy,
I am trying to call class methods that have been created via a "type"
function. I have enclosed a simplified example that shows what I am trying
to do. In particular I am calling from the scripting level which is in a
different namespace than the dynamically created class. I can call the
method, but only by passing strings and using getattr.I find this inelegant.
I would rather pass a callable object, but cannot figure out how to...

On our IIS 5 windows 2000 web server we have many .asp's..
most of which (When right clicked / security tab / edit authentication) are
using Integrated Windows Authentication.
Is there an easy way to check ALL of them? Some of the pages require a
higher level of security (Our password reset page for example) and I am just
auditing everything and want to make sure that only the few pages that
require it are using the elevated security...

This is a wildly broad question, so apologies in advance.
I developed a very traditional app architecture in Visual Studio 5-6.
The basic structure looked like this:
GUI >> MTS >> Database
The basic idea here was Users talk to the object, the object logs in to the
database as itself and does some work.

I have a aspx page with ajax scriptmanger update panel etc. I also
have public string variables on the aspx page.
Whenever postback happens from Ajax update panel, at server side all
the public string variables are reset to empty string. As if fresh

I need to generate multi-level incrementing labels for an
outline/hierarchy where the string for each level of a label is based on
an incrementing sequence like 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C, or even I, II, III.
For simplicity, assume that each level's label segment is separated by a
period (".").

Hi all,
I had a program and it always works fine and suddenly it gives me the
following message when a pass a xml file to our server program:
error code: -1072896680 reason: XML document must have a top level element.
line #: 0
I don't know if it is my xml file or it is something else?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
