it, what changes would be made to the hardware to accomodate Python

Is there such a beast? In particular, I'm looking for a production-quality proxy server fully compliant with HTTP/1.1 written in Python. If there isn't, is there anything that comes close? Dear Python group: I am planning on an application that involves several complicated C++ classes. Basically, there will be one or two big data objects and some "action" objects that can act on the data. I would like to use a script language to control the interaction between these c++ objects. I become interested in Python since it can load C++ objects and can even extend C++ classes. However, I am not quite sure to what extent can...

Basically I am trying to find a high performance web server. Since Python is installed on all of the servers, It'll be great if the web server is written in Python as well. Otherwise, I will have to install lighttpd or other web servers. Then the largest issue with Python-based web servers is performance. That's why I start to look into medusa or twisted-based servers. Twisted seems too big and complicated for what I really want to do...

c.l.p- I am undertaking writing an installer for a software package using Python. It is exclusively for Linux. Because this is an installer and has to run on numerous Linux distros, it is presenting some unique challenges. First off, I have begun this project by writing a text mode only interface. I would like to provide a GUI as an alternative, but I ran into problems in my early tests. Thinking that Tkinter would be the

I'm just learning about Python now and it sounds interesting. But I just read (on the Wiki page) that mainstream Python was written in C. That's what I was searching for: Python was written in what other language? See, my concern was something like: OK, if Python is so hot, then, hopefully someone is writing it in assembly language for each MPU chip out there. Otherwise, if, say, they've written it in C#, then it looks like the REAL,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
