How do I modify the Hello example that comes with the JWSDP-1.1
Tutorial so that it calls a different webservice (ie; an asp.net
webservice) instead of the webservice I deploy as part of the Hello
example? As the asp.net webservice is already deployed all I need to
do is generate a stub for this webservice and slot it into the Hello
example. Can someone please step through what needs to be done?? The
tutorial says it can be done, but...

I'm currently developing a web service that retrieves data from an employee
table. I would like to send and retrieve a custom employee class to/from the
webservice. I have currently coded the custom employee class and have built
it as a separate library (employee.dll). This employee.dll is being
referenced by both the web service and the windows application.
I face the following problem when I send this class to the webservice.

I have a implemented a web service interface that has a webmethod accepting
xml, but I need to also have post option available to my webservice. I
understand if a client Posts a SOAP reqyest, it will work with my webservice.
The problem is my client cannot send soap method, they will be sending normal
httpstream to me. I want the Web service to redirect all the non-soap
messages to my aspx page that handles normal posts. Can anyone...

The user on the client (IE) sees an ASP net page containing

Hi folks,
I have a WebService that simply acts as a thin wrapper to a .Net dll.
Literally almost zero code in the WebService.
Parameters passed to the WebService are simply used as parameters to
methods on the dll, and all parameters to my web methods are strings.
(The strings, just for further info, contain XML).

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
