I am having a lot of fun using the pyGoogle module (
http://pygoogle.sourceforge.net/ ) that uses the Google API. It is
about as easy to use as I can imagine, and it is a lot nicer than using
my old HTMl screen scraping habits.
My online CGI program Ask Merlin at www.awaretek.com/askmerlin.html is
an example. Currently, the program takes any user's question and picks
the best answer from amongst the possible answers given by the user....

Google has started a site Google Code http://code.google.com/ to
showcase Open Source software, and the first featured project is
PyGoogle, a Python module wrapper for the Google Web APIs. Also
mentioned is goopy/functional, a library that brings functional
language attributes to Python.

Hi all, at present I I've built a website which can be updated by admin and
users.
My problem, I've combined "log in" and "access levels" to restrict access to
certain pages, using the built in "log in" and "user authentication,
restrict access to page" features. But I find the after login I constantly
get redirected from the restricted pages.

If you were to compile/run the code below, and get the result '30', I'd be
very interested to know what compiler you're using - and its optimisation
settings
#include <stdio.h>
int test(int * a, int * b)
{
*a = 5;
*b = 6;

I see a lot of use in function declarations, such as
size_t fread(void* restrict ptr, size_t size, size_t nobj, FILE*
restrict fp);
but what does the keyword 'restrict' mean? there is no definition found
in K&R 2nd.

Restrict keyword questions
How far does the guarantee that an object is not accessed through another
pointer go? I mean, all examples I have seen are simple stuff like:
int f (int *restrict x, int *restrict y)
{
*x = 0;
*y = 1;
return *x;

I know this isn't the right mailing list, but it saves me the hassle
of signing up for another one if someone on here knows. I have never
used pyGoogle before, and I just read that google isn't giving out
license keys anymore? If that is the case, can I still get pygoogle to
work another way? if you know anything please help me out!

Hi,
May I know how do I restrict access from a certain country? I know I can do it by restricting ip address using .htaccess. But I just want to restrict just one page, not the whole domain. How can I do it?
Appreciate any help here. Thanks.
Regards,
Dan

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
