Hi,
Could you give your opinions on the best code completion in Python
IDEs. My only complaint with PythonWin has been that the code
completion support is incomplete. The interactive mode has better
behavior than the editor. Tried to fix it but could not. Boa is not
too different. At least when I last checked (a few months ago) Komodo
and Visual Python were not very different either.
Wing IDE seems converse. The editor auto list members...

I've been experimenting with different Python IDEs since I started to
learn Python.
I must say that WingIDE is the best I tried, but unfortunately it's not
free and that 10 minutes use is killing me. So I decide to write my
Python programs in DrPython which was recommended by vegaseat.
DrPython is very pretty nad very customizable IDE.My question is how to

Sometimes if I build the app I will get intellisense, undo, and code
completion (automatic completion of if stataments etc), but after a few
lines of code this stops.
I lose any code completion
I lose all automatic code indentation
I loose intellisense
If there are errors (squiqqly lines under the code) and I fix them, the blue
squiggly line still appears until I rebuid.
Rebuild fixes the formatting too.

I'm interested in trying out shells other than IDLE, and I found
PyShell, but I'm not sure how to get it exactly. Is there a way to get
it without installing wxPython, or is it a part of it? I can't find much
reference to it in any of the manuals at wxpython.org (except for a
brief description of what it is, but not *where* it is or how to use it).

I like to have unum units imported automatically on my PYTHONSTARTUP
since I'm always converting things, and I also like to use pyshell.
They conflict for some reason I don't understand (pyshell doesn't like

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
