I am writing a multi-user accounting/business system. Data is stored in
a database (PostgreSQL on Linux, SQL Server on Windows). I have written

to client machine and vice versa. The problem I am having is perhaps related
to permissions and access rights.
For testing purposes, the secure place is setup on the client machine.

- There is 2 disctinct session for the request (Session_Start in
global.asax)
- One of the session ends (Session_End in global.asax).
