I'm looking for a Python module that will let me input wavs and spit out

What did Google suggest when you asked it?

(Hint: "python module wav mp3 ogg" appeared to be a helpful search...)

Well, it seems there are groups of python audio interface libraries out there. One problem. I can't tell if any of them support multiple sound cards. I'm working on a project that will require me to access and record from more than one soundcard. Does anyone know of a Python wrapper that allows this? I know Alsa allows multiple sound cards, and accessing them, but I'm having little luck groking the python modules. Some seem to have...

All: I thought I had seen a python library/module that easily enabled one to read / write / create MSAccess databases a couple of years ago. Now, I can't find it, or any reference to such a library or module. [I used google, and the module search tools on python. Can somebody point me to an MSAccess library/module that does that?

Hi, I'm rather new to Python, and I've just written my first Python C module. I was wondering if some more experience Pythonista would look over what I've written and given me some pointers (or find some bugs). I had a few questions while writing this as well. Also, I know that there are much better ways to compute nearest neighbors than the brute force n^2 method, but this is plenty fast for this application (at least the C version...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
