Hello python programmers! I would like to add myself to the ever
increasing number of python users. Here's my first question. I've
written two SOAP clients using PERL and a PHP. I tried to wirte a new
SOAP client using python but I'm having problems. First, I can't seem to
find a good documentation of the SOAPpy module. Second, I found a code
snippet of a python SOAP client but it was designed only to use the
SOAPproxy function. How can I...

I have a question regarding SOAP.
A basic "Hello World" web service was written then requested from an IIS
server via TELNET. When a malformed request was sent, a SOAP exception was
returned, just as I would expect:
What was sent:
POST /helloworld/helloworld.asmx?op=HelloWorld HTTP/1.0
What was received:

Hi,
I have written a Web Service for a customer which expects a SOAP message
with Document/Literal encoding, and uses
RoutingStyle=SoapServiceRoutingStyle.RequestElement to route the SOAP body
message to my Web Method. The Web Method expects a string as its parameter
and then feeds that string to an XML deserializer which maps the XML
elements contained within the string to my custom objects, then performs an
insert/update on an SQL...

but iam little bit lost. I downloaded the official documentation, but
iam still not able to understand relations between objects (soapwriter,
typecode). Everything i can, is send a simple string via return value of
server function to client request. I need more. Some examples would be
useful for me. Searching with google had no results...

Hello,
I am creating an app using Serviced Components and I am exposing them using
the Enterprise Services SOAP service. Here is my problem:
I have one COM+ application with several serviced components. When I enable
the SOAP service, I can access a WSDL link to every component in the
application. What I would like to do is the following: Have a class A that
is exposed through the SOAP service that provides getters for instances of...

** Accessing the USGS Web Service Using Python **
I am trying to access the US Geological Survey's gazetteer SOAP web service
using Python to find the locations of all the places with the name
'Alexandria.' I tried to keep this simple by putting a soap message in a
string and sending the request using httplib.
I am receiving the following error message.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
