I was able to do this but for no reason I can think of, now I cannot
login to my Oracle Management Server. When Oracle Enterprise Manager
starts up and I choose to login to OMS, it throws up a java error
java.lang.NullPointerException. I can login to standalone database
instances just fine.
My PC is running Window XP
My server info:
Oracle 9.2.0.4

I have been developing Web Services in VS2005. Usually I use the built in
server in VS2005 to test and develop the Web Service.
However I now want to make this Web Service available to other computers
(and applications) in our local company network.
When the service runs it accesses an Oracle database and pulls some data

With Oracle 9.2 drivers, this worked connection string worked in a DSN-less
connection
ODBC;DRIVER={Microsoft ODBC For
Oracle};Server=MyServerName;UID=MyName;PWD=MyPwd;
However, after upgrading to Oracle 10.2, the connection string does not
work.
I don't want to go back to a regular DSN connection because of the setup
involved on many machines.

I use the System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection class to establish a
connection to a Oracle 10G database.
The dsn connection string I use look like this:
