Many people I know ask why Python does slicing the way it does.....
Can anyone /please/ give me a good defense/justification???
I'm referring to why mystring gives me
elements 0, 1, 2 and 3 but *NOT* mystring (5th element).
Many people don't like idea that 5th element is not invited.

I have code that exports data to excel and formats it. I originally
put it into the on click method; however, it has not gotten too large.

I have been searching for a possible list that shows what methods or
properties in the System Names replace the ones in the Visual Basic Namespace
so I can stop using the Visual Basic Namespace on new projects. Thus far I
have been unable to find this information, please inform me.
For example in the Visual Basic Namespace there are Control Characters like
