I am looking for a script that I can sit on an HTML server (Linux,
Apache, PHP/Perl/Python/Etc.) that will allow me to do the following things:
1) Post news articles that consists of (i) a title and (ii) a body.
2) Show the last X posts (or, better yet, just the last X titles) on a
home page.
3) Show all posts on a "news" page.
4) When a news article is posted, email the news article (with the title

Sorry for all the cross posting but I'm interesting in getting a serious
discussion about how usenet has become lately.
Many people are moving away from usenet because of all the spam and cooks
that have been showing up. The rate of spammer seem to be growing
exponentially(ok, not really but it feels like it).
I think maybe its time to do something about it. What I'd like to see happen
is an "upgrade" to usenet. I do not like th forum...

Is there a Python library to communicate with a usenet server? I did a
bit of googling and found some sites that suggest that you can roll your own
fairly easily but, mostly, I got a lot of false positives with talk of
Python libraries on usenet and I am really hoping this work has already
done.

free usenet client, "MT-NewsWatcher". I put in comp.lang.python but
it says that it cannot get the address of the news server host. My
config says it is trying on port 119. Thanks for any help.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
