i know, that this is the wrong newsgroup, but i am sure that us

how can i get a windows vista beta 1 without msdn subscribtion?
can it be ordered from microsoft, or are there any alternative
download or shipping methods? The Problem is, that i am not
a msdn subscriber and downloading it...

I have a ASP.NET 2.0 site that works on the Windows 2000 Server. However,
when I tried to view this site on my local Windows XP machine, I get "Server
Unavailable". If I switch the Windows XP IIS back to ASP.NET 1.1 then I get
the Configuration Error (which is understandable because I'm trying to run
an ASP.NET 2 site with 1.1...

I built a small windows service with vs 2005 2.0 beta. I have sinced removed
VS2005 beta, but forgot to un-install the windows service. Now if I go to
control panel->add/remove programes and try to remove it I get this error;
