PHP-Flash form tutorial

Hello,

I want to make a form with Macromedia Flash. I use php and mysql on my
site. Is there any good tutorial on the net how to start developing a
flash form? Most important is the data transfer between flash and php
scripts.

Thanks!

Why? Standard (X)HTML provides this functionality. Proprietary,
nonstandard plug-ins should only be used for content which is impossible
to present in any other way. Large sections of the web are turning into
useless blank pages because people who ought to know better are ignoring
this basic fact. Don't be one of them.

Forms should be forms, not Flash animations.

Agreed, however, if you want to make a form in an interactive
presentation piece, Flash just may be the way to do it... ;)

Much as I loathe sites with excessive flash, and especially those which
neglect to include a "skip the next 200k of intro animations" button, but
have laboured endlessly to find the most annoying background music to put
with it:
