Code for Importing data from tables into MS- Excel

I have developed website + software in PHP and now i am facing a problem some time i have to send data to persons that i cant allow to login in my website so is there any body that can help me and tell me how to import data from my tables to Microsoft Excel.
Kindly help me i shall be very thankful to you

What do you mean by tables?
Database tables or HTML tables?
