how to make the long page into multipage?

Dear all;

I have a very long page and make the user keep scroll the mouse to very the data..so i plan to make the page become multipage with the prev 1|2|3 next..
so user can click the 1 to view page one and click 2 to view page two.

Can someone give me information?Thanks

Heya, Wish.

How is this data being stored? Are you storing the page data in a database? Are you using external files?

I store the data in database..so database always increase the number of record and make the page to retrieve data from database longer and longer..Please advise me how to do.
