Freelancer needed for Small PHP job - install 2 PHPBB mods please

I have 2 very small things I need done on my website, and I am looking
for someone to do this for me - so if anyone here is intersted please
let me know how much would charge, I will pay via paypal.

I have a PHPBB forum on my website. I need a WYSIWYG editor installed
- probably like this one: http://www.ecardmax.com/index.php?step=Hoteditor

I also want my url's seo compatible on the forum, I've looked around

Both of these are about 5-10 minute jobs if you know what you are
doing.
