Running IIS I simply can't run a basic php page

What are the basic instructions?

What did you do? Did you install php?

for testing a good php script could be an info.php
<?
phpinfo();
?>

Put it in your wwwroot and do somthing like http://localhost/info.php

I suggest you download from www.php.net the Extended CHM version of the PHP
manual. I couldn't live without it.
