php user configuration file

I like to have some of the extensions like curl, xml enabled in my
PHP. How can I have a individula .cfg file for php? My OS is RH Linux.
PHP, MySQL are working but not curl.

Appreciate any help?

I like to bring this issue up, probably I didnt explain it properly
first time. My site is hosted in RH Linux where PHP, MySQL is enabled.
But somereason I dont see that CURL or DOMXML enabled. Is there a way
to get them enabled without a root id or recompiling the PHP code with
CURL, DomXML?

Appreciate any help
