somebody know how is possible to open a popup on clients browser that
are visiting my page?

I need to open a popup within a message into browser of xxx client that
is on xxx page. Like a proactive invitation of many livechat

With Javascript. However, many people wnat to control what their
browser does and not what anyone wnywhere want it to do. Not all
websites must behave like they were porn sites.
