Installing DOM XML on Apache / PHP

Hi,

I am having trouble installing DOM XML with apache and PHP (as a
module).

When I read tutorials it says that all I have to do is uncomment the
line:

;extension=php_domxml.dll (not got the code to hand but its something
like this)

...in php.ini

When I try to restart apche it says that it cannot find the file even
though I have the correct path to the extentions folder
(C:/php/extensions) in php.ini and the file is present.

What else besides getting the extensions folder correct and
uncommenting the above line? Cheers

Works for me by just adding the extension line. Have you followed all the
steps in the manual?

Thanks for the link, that sorted it. I had to copy the iconv.dll file
from the dll folder. None of the tutorials I searched for on the web
informed me of that although some did mention the libxml2.dll file, but
that isnt present with >php4.3.0

It's mentionned in INSTALL.TXT

php_domxml.dll DOM XML functions PHP <= 4.2.0 requires: libxml2.dll
(bundled) PHP >= 4.3.0 requires: iconv.dll (bundled)
